We guarantee all of our products to be built for the harsh conditions Linemen encounter, and free of defects. If anything breaks during normal, expected, use, we will repair, or replace it, to make it right.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your order. Returns must be new, and show no signs of use. Refunds will be issued after we receive, inspect and restock the return. Shipping fees incurred for the return will not be refunded. 

As a small operation, we ship orders as fast as we possibly can. High order volume can slow us down, but we are always working to get you the products you need.
